What are the side effects of Adalimumab Injection?

**Adalimumab injections can cause pain or redness where you inject, headaches, nausea, and an increased risk of infections.** You may have mild symptoms, but infections can become serious because adalimumab reduces your ability to fight them. Your medical history and other medicines that suppress your immune system affect your risk. Less common serious problems include severe allergic reactions, liver or nerve problems, worsening heart failure, and certain cancers. Rotate injection sites and contact your prescriber about symptoms that worsen or do not go away.
