Pymander Health is a longevity-focused telehealth platform that combines wearable device data, AI-powered health coaching, and consultations with licensed healthcare providers. Our services include personalized health insights, biomarker tracking, provider-directed lab ordering, prescription management, and ongoing care coordination, all designed to help you optimize your long-term health.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Pymander Health. The Service is currently available only to residents of the United States. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Pymander Health is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Our AI coaching features provide health insights and general wellness guidance but do not constitute medical advice, the AI coach is not a licensed healthcare provider. Clinical decisions, diagnoses, and prescriptions are made solely by licensed providers on our platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, software, and the underlying technology, are owned by Pymander Technologies Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pymander Technologies Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by posting an updated version on our platform. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of Pymander Health after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
