Why do I dribble after peeing?

The fix is mechanical: wait a beat, press upward behind the scrotum and stroke forward toward the tip - the last drops leave at the toilet. When it means more: dribbling plus the BPH cluster (weak stream, hesitancy, night trips) belongs in the prostate conversation; dribbling plus pain, burning, blood, or discharge points to infection. Alone: a quirk, technique-fixed.
What to do
- Use the milk-forward technique. Press perineum, stroke forward, done.
- Wait the extra beat. Rushing zips up the evidence.
- Check for the BPH cluster. Stream, hesitancy, night trips: prostate visit.
- Escalate pain, burning, or blood. Infection and prostatitis get treated.
